Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase, however, if you need to return your order, we will gladly accept items in return. Jewelry can be returned unused, non-personalized and in the original brand packaging within 14 days of receipt. Please note that we cannot accept returns of customized jewelry that has been specifically engraved for your purchase. In addition, we do not accept returns of earrings for sanitary reasons.

Faulty Items

We sincerely apologise if you have experienced any fault with your new jewellery.

Our customer service team would be happy to assist – please contact us before returning your item to us, so that our team can help more quickly and advise you of next steps and time frames for a refund or replacement item.

Receiving Your Refund

We aim to process all returned orders within 14 working days, however this may take up to 30 business days during busier times of year.

All refunds will be credited back to the initial payment method.

Please be aware, shipping costs are not refundable, and international customs duties and sales taxes aren’t refunded.
